Nail Rituals is a home-service beauty business in Kuwait. This policy explains what we collect when you book with us, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell your information, show advertising or use tracking or analytics tools.
What we collect
- Booking details you enter: your name, Kuwait mobile number and the address for your home visit, the service and time you choose, and any cancellation or time-change requests you send.
- Your consent: a record that you accepted this notice, with the date and the version you saw.
- Visit history kept by our team: appointment status (for example confirmed or completed), loyalty progress toward a free visit, and an optional nickname our staff use to recognise returning customers.
- A private booking key: when you book, your browser tab or the app keeps a private key that opens only that booking. We store only a scrambled (hashed) copy of it, never the key itself.
- Notification token (app only, optional): if you allow notifications, an anonymous device token so we can tell you when your booking changes. Notifications contain no names, phone numbers or addresses.
- Abuse protection: to limit repeated requests, we keep a short-lived, scrambled counter based on your connection's IP address. It is deleted within a day.
Payments. We do not take card payments on this website and never ask for card or bank details. If you choose WAMD, we send you our WAMD number and a booking reference on WhatsApp and you transfer from your own bank app; you can also pay in cash at your visit. We record the way you chose to pay and the amount, method and date of each payment against your booking, for our records.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, change or cancel your home visit and reach you about it.
- To keep track of loyalty visits and apply your free visit.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
Your phone number identifies your bookings inside our system only. Entering a phone number never shows anyone your booking history.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the website, app service and booking database.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service deliver app notifications, only if you turn them on.
We share booking details with no one else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records only as long as needed to provide our services, apply loyalty rewards and meet legal obligations, as described in our retention policy below.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to delete them, using the contact details below. We may first confirm it is you through a channel you have used with us before.
- In the app you can remove a booking from My Bookings; this removes the private key from your phone only.
- You can turn notifications off at any time in your iPhone Settings.
Children
Services for children are booked by a parent or guardian, who provides the booking details.

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. When the booking terms change, the website and app ask you to review them again before you send a new request.
